Welcome to MHR's Blog

We're taking the plunge into the new year and starting a blog. We hope you'll enjoy seeing frequent updates and photos on the horses you all know and so generously support. We'll also keep you posted on current projects and plans for the future.

The Name that Foal Game is about to begin

If you are interested in purchasing Mary Kay Products, please visit my website

I have been inspired by my daughter Nikki who also is a Mary Kay Consultant, but her primary mission in life is serving our country in the US Navy. Thank you very much in advance for your support. I hope you will pass this on to family and friends. The funds I earn from the sale of these products will go toward the needs of all our horses.

The Name that Foal Poll for Jerri is now closed and we have your picks for names: If it's a colt, it will be Nellie's Dream (barn name Dreamer) and if it's a filly, it will be Nellie's Hope (barn name Hope).

It will depend on colt or filly as to who will be the recipient of the keepsake memory box and the exclusive picture of the baby. Stay tuned!

We will start the poll for Apple soon.

Please note that the poll does not seem to work with Mozilla Firefox, but does with Windows Internet Explorer.

One person, one vote! It may be possible to fool the software (it usually is), but the safest thing is to expect to be able to vote only once per colt and once per filly (per mare).

We also have a separate contest on birth date. See http://forums.delphiforums.com/alexbrown/messages?msg=22324.1 for details on how to stake your date and time.

Thank you!

Monday morning

Good Morning All,

I was busy yesterday all day with a short break of going to the grocery store. My primary mission yesterday was cleaning water barrels. However, I still have a few to complete but they were too full to dump.

Phred had his pedicure as we move down the line between clients of Robs. Baby B proved to be a real stinker yesterday. She head butted Rob, and now he is sporting a small shiner. She swung her head around and nailed him while he was tying her to the hitching post. She was having a fit because Spirit was left behind and it was time for her to learn more patience. she told him, but it was not funny, it could have been more serious.

I will be working outside today so many things to do with Spring in the air.

FYI: The turkey herd is doing well, and their new have found eight eggs that the girls are sitting on.

I hope everyone has a wonderful day!

Stephanie
