Today's horse is Jonah.
As a two yr old colt Jonah was tied to a hitching post for the first time, and the individual walked away allowing Jonah to fight the lead rope. The outcome was not good, as Jonah flipped over the hitching post, breaking two vertebra in his neck. Jonah cannot be tied nor ridden, but he does belong to Ro and Brady who have so much love and compassion to give him. However, Brady will tell you his brother will not mind if you would like to buy a few treats for Jonah from our BBQ fundraiser. Ro spends one week a yr at MHR&S and loves all over Jonah. He is very lucky to have her and Brady and we are very lucky to have her as part of our family.
