Good Saturday Morning to Everyone,

Hope this finds all well. We are very quiet here this morning, There is a nip in the desert air. It is changing that's for sure.

Horses are all doing well. This is a good thing. They are quiet and content. No noises from anyone of them. Just all enjoying the sun rise this morning. There really is not a lot to report on.

We are still manipulating Electra's hernia and to me there seems to be some shrinking of the hole. This is my uneducated opinion as I am not a veterinarian, but I believe there is a difference. The good Doctor H. said it takes time, and we will continue to do what he wants, in hopes of her not having to undergo surgery. That would be a blessing.

Sophie and her Cushing's Disease has not progressed, so far laminitis as not reared its ugly head and we hope that it does not. http://www.laminitis.org/cushings.html This is very interesting, so if you have a moment to read, it may give you a better understanding of the disease and the effects it has on a horse. But she is content, and that is what matters.

We wish you all a wonderful weekend. Take care and be safe.
