Tuesday morning

Good Tuesday Morning to All,

I hope this day brings much joy to all.

The plans for the day around here are fairly simple. But we know that plans can change in a flash so one must remain fluid at all times. First and foremost the horses will be fed and watered, but we know this is daily standard procedure.

I will be visiting Shania today. I will take my camera and get a few shots of our Deputy Shania.

We/Rob has been welding several of the trusses to their new shade configuration. He is trying to get as much of it done on the ground as he does not like overhead welding. With most of it done on the ground, we will be able to erect it with our crew as we have several volunteers who have offered to help (man help that is) Hmmph!

The Cookie-Gram Fundraiser is well underway and the horses and mules have been chattering away about the delicious treats being baked by Renee.

Eight Belles, what a beautiful filly she was. Please consider purchasing a ticket for this photograph of this magnificent girl. This photo was donated by longtime supporter RO & Brady. In addition to the photo, there is the beautiful sterling silver bracelet, brandishing 8 bells and a red charm designed by Dawn of Omaha.

We also have four Teddy Bears with the photographs of the MHR Babies, Baby B, Spirit, Hope and AJ on the front of the Teddies T-shirts

There are also beaded necklaces that our very own Linda Hayte made in order to help the horses at MHR with rising feed prices. Linda did a wonderful job and we Thank her for her continuing kindness for the horses.

We would like to thank Linda R. who was so generous as she donated her winnings from an office Football pool. Thank you Linda!

That is all for now, and let us all hope for nice surprises to come into our lives today.

Stephanie
