Friday afternoon

Good Friday to All,

We have been very busy around here, welding trusses, brackets etc., and of course taking care of everything and everyone.

Dr. Hadland was out yesterday. While he was here, we had a discussion regarding Sophie and my concerns regarding her water intake and her output. He gave her a check up, drew some blood. He is going to test for Cushings (which he did not think was the case but does not want to rule out) and other issues that could be related to her output. However, he said she does have a very strong heart, lungs clear and very alert. He asked what we were feeding her, and he stated keep it up as she looks good.

Dr. Adam also mentioned that his stallion drinks a great deal daily as well, as is very healthy, so assured me not to fret, just keep an eye on her. He was here on an unrelated case.

I wanted to mention that Dr. Hadland and his wife Sara are expecting their first child any day now. It is quite comical to watch Adam as his phone rings. He will say "This could be it!!!!" They are having a son. So we know who is acting like a little rooster right now...lol I look forward to seeing them together with their new little one, Adam has promised to call when the big event arrives. He is so excited!! He said to me yesterday, when you poke on Sara's tummy it is so hard..lol...duh. I will let you know when Baby Hadland is born.

We are having a bit of drizzle off and on today, but it does not seem to bother any of them. It is like well, lets go roll and make ourselves beautimous and they do.

Well, we shall talk later. Have a great rest of Friday!!

Stephanie
