Good Tuesday Morning,

We hope that this finds everyone well. We have been busy over the last few days and contending with the winds. When you think it's not going to happen, the weatherman comes on and tells us "Surprise!" Winds will start this afternoon, and we will have strong gusts tomorrow and Thursday. We cannot battle mother nature, she is a very independent woman and makes her own choices.

Yesterday, we expanded Charity and Electra's stall while they were in the round pen. Electra just napped in the sun while in rp. When they were returned to their stall Electra had her first hoof trim. She stood beautifully. Once she was released, she did her zooming around the new configuration. I am now able to just walk up to Charity without a lead rope and pet her without her running away. Guess the term Patience is a Virtue comes into play with her. She is very very sweet.

Katie is doing so much better and is really maintaining very well. Candy is now being fostered and is probably going to be adopted. She was sent to this family to keep their other horse company as they lost their old guy this past Sunday to laminitis. He was recovering and it was an on again, off again situation. However, on Sunday he took a major turn for the worse. He was humanely put down.

We thank everyone who is helping the horses at MHR with our "HAY FEVER" fundraiser.

We would like to wish everyone a wonderful day!

Stephanie and Rob
