Good Morning!

Faith is presently in the round pen, as we are repairing the light in the Doc Wilbur Maternity Wing. She really did not put up too much of a fuss being caught this morning. A bit apprehensive but not at all stressed. She has eaten very well, and is being free fed per Dr. Hadland. Dr. Hadland will be here at 2pm this afternoon to give her an overall checkup and evaluation. In my conversation with him, he did ask me about her and I told him she looked like CRAP (sorry for being blunt, but better to not sugar coat it).

She has very soft eyes, that watch you very intently but without fear. Her belly is very round in comparison to the rest of her. I will say she is very pathetic looking, but if you look outside the box and look ahead, you can see a beautiful mare ready to flourish. It is going to take time, but the overall goal is to provide her w/ the much needed care she needs to be prepared to foal, and have a healthy delivery.

Thank you to her rescuers for seeing the need to save her. We hope that she will have a long good life..we will do our best and that is all we can do.

Thank you to everyone who has provided support in our daily efforts and thank you to everyone for assisting Faith and her needs. We still have a long way to go, but together FAITH CAN MOVE MOUNTAINS!
